Additionally, he founded Pioneers Energy, the first private company in Yemen to utilise gas as fuel for power plants, setting new standards in energy innovation.

Amr’s leadership goes beyond business; he is deeply committed to philanthropy, actively supporting education, healthcare, and orphanage initiatives through The Tawfik Charitable Foundation. Fathi Mutahar serves as the Managing Director, overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company. He has successfully led the company’s expansion into the UK real estate sector, focusing on high-end property development and acquisitions. Mohamed Hossam El-Sakka brings over 40 years of comprehensive experience in financial management, auditing, and accounting across various industries. His tenure includes significant roles in multinational and regional firms, demonstrating a profound expertise in overseeing financial operations and strategic planning.

As CFO, Hossam has enhanced our financial frameworks, introducing robust systems that improve transparency and efficiency. His background includes pivotal roles at KPMG and leadership positions in conglomerates where he directed audits, developed financial strategies, and prepared feasibility studies for new ventures.
